I tore my biceps tendon putting away Christmas decorations. A chance meeting put me in contact with Dr. Wartinbee and after consulting with him, we decided that I was a good candidate for surgery to repair the tendon. Words cannot express my gratitude for the care, compassion and professionalism received from Dr. Wartinbee and everyone at their facility. Having had interaction with other ortho practices in the low country, Dr. Wartinbee is the guy and this is the only place to go.

I recently had carpal tunnel release with Dr. Wartinbee. After being in pain for 6 months I consulted with Dr. Wartinbee. He was most professional, caring and took the time to explain my problem, treatment and care following surgery. My pain was immediately gone after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Wartinbee.

He provided complete information regarding what to expect during and following the surgery, which gave me a high degree of confidence. I had surgery in Feb for tennis elbow and I can't thank Dr. Wartinbee enough. I have had trouble with it for about 20 years and I have no pain now. He was amazing and all the nurses I came in contact with at the surgery center loved him and said he was their favorite. I would recommend him 1000 times if I could.

I went to see Dr. Wartinbee regarding pain in my hand and wrist. He diagnosed me with Carpal tunnel and we discussed my options. I elected to have the carpal tunnel release surgery and my had feels great now! Immediately after the numbness went away from the surgery, the pain and numbness was gone. My scar is barely recognizable and it has only been a few weeks since my surgery. He did a great job informing me of everything that was going to happen before and after my surgery. I need to have surgery on my other hand and have already scheduled it with Dr. Wartinbee. I would highly recommend Dr. Wartinbee at SC Sports Medicine. HIs nurse, Jamie, was fabulous as well!! Very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the process.

Outstanding-I've had 3 surgeries, left and right carpal tunnel release as well as ganglion cyst removal in the past year. At each visit from diagnosis thru follow up I've had no issues. This includes staff being really helpful and flexible with scheduling, the surgery itself, and complete follow up. Great in the fact that Dr.Wartinbee takes the time to explain everything, as well is willing to answer questions on the surgical procedures. Highly recommended for any issues, especially any issues with carpal tunnel problems.

Dr. Wartinbee is an angel from heaven! His supportive and positive demeanor was an asset to my surgery. Definitely a great doctor and excellent surgeon. He has a fantastic staff, especially Jamie and his supportive occupational therapists. I thank them all for helping me with a rough time in my life. After a fall down a staircase and a resulting wrist fracture, Dr. Wartibee performed surgery 2 days later and my recovery and treatment have been better than expected. Besides being an outstanding surgeon Dr. Watinbee is very personable and positive. You couldn't do better!

Dr. Wartinbee is a wonderful doctor and has a great personality. He goes into great detail to make sure you understand every step in the procedure. He is upbeat all the time. He shows you he truly cares about you, as his patient . Would recommend him to anyone the needs treatment in his field.

Dr. Wartinbee is not only a great surgeon , he is a very thorough and well versed person - he explains your problem and solution in a way you can understand - he has performed 4 surgeries on my hands and I have been well satisfied with the results , if I were to have another problem , I would not hesitate to call his office .
